All products will be delivered to the address indicated on the “Checkout” page and so far as possible in compliance with any specific delivery instructions. In case of unsuccessful delivery after the product has been dispatched, resulting in loss of product, caused by wrong delivery address informed by the client, or any other issue the courier may have to find the address the client indicated when the product was purchased, Harmonia will assist in investigating the case, but won't guarantee the product will be found. In some cases, the product might return to us in case of unsuccessful delivery, we can assist in re-sending to the new address the client provides, with an extra delivery fee at the client’s cost. Any times quoted for delivery are approximate only and time shall not be of the essence. We work with reliable third-party service providers for all deliveries (USPS, DHL, EMS, UPS), but when the delivery address is not correctly informed according to the courier's standards and the same encounters issues to find it, Harmonia shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or loss of the products.
