A: Yes, the entire order will be shipped together.
If one or more items are "Made to Order" we can arrange the shipment of the items that are ready to be shipped first, and send the Made to Order later as they get ready. The extra shipping cost shall be paid by the customer. Otherwise, we will wait for the entire order to be ready and ship altogether.

A: Yes, the tracking number will be sent to your email as the package is posted. You can also request the tracking number by sending an email to email@example.com.

No. Our brand consists of a conceptual curation of pieces from various designers that represent our vision.

In some areas, such as the United Kingdom, France, and Brazil, the local postal service may charge an extra handling fee for processing packages affected by customs taxes. Customs taxes and any possible handling fees are not included in the Grand Total of your order.
Refund and Exchange policy
We have a no refund policy unless the item arrives defective or damaged. If that happens, please send pictures of the damaged area in details as soon as it arrives and we can arrange the return for a full refund.

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
