Shipping

Once we ship out you receive a notification e-mail with the tracking number and carrier details.

If you didn't receive an e-mail look in your Spam box or reach out to us via chat or e-mail.

Q: Do you ship worldwide? 

A: Yes. We ship worldwide.

Q: How long does shipping take?

International

Standard-Up to 3 weeks

Priority- 6 to 10 days

Express- 3 to 5 days

USA

Standard- 5 to 7 business days

Express- 2 to 3 business days

For remote places, please allow extra time to complete delivery.

Please note Customs can delay the delivery time.

 Q: Once I have placed my order, how long does it take for it to be shipped?

A:  Our processing time for all products is 2-3 business days.

Exception:

MADE TO ORDER COLLECTION: Please note: there is a 15-20 days production time for this product before we can ship it to you.

Q: How do you ship packages?

A:  We ship from the USA, through major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Q: Will my entire order ship together in one shipment?

A: Yes, the entire order will be shipped together.

If one or more items are "Made to Order" we can arrange the shipment of the items that are ready to be shipped first, and send the Made to Order later as they get ready. The extra shipping cost shall be paid by the customer. Otherwise, we will wait for the entire order to be ready and ship altogether. 

 Q: Do you provide tracking information?

A: Yes, the tracking number will be sent to your email as the package is posted. You can also request the tracking number by sending an email to harmoniacostumes@gmail.com.

A: Do you design your own products ?

 Our brand consists of a conceptual curation of pieces that represent our vision. We are working on capsule collections with our exclusive design to be launched in the near future. 

 

Payment 

Q: How can I pay?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. 

Q: Is my credit card information safe?

A: Yes. All credit card transactions are processed via a reliable third-party payment system.

Q: Do I need to pay any additional import duties, VAT, customs taxes, or local handling fees?

A: Depending on your country’s customs laws, you may be required to pay a tax before obtaining your package.

In some areas, such as the United Kingdom, France, and Brazil, the local postal service may charge an extra handling fee for processing packages affected by customs taxes. Customs taxes and any possible handling fees are not included in the Grand Total of your order.
